Research & Publications
Dean Gautschi has published two books and many scholarly articles in marketing, economics, and technology management journals, including the Journal of Marketing Research, Marketing Science, Marketing Letters, Journal of Advertising Research, International Journal of Research in Marketing, Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization, Review of Economics and Statistics, Journal of Retailing, Managerial and Decision Economics, Applied Economics, Empirica, and Technology In Society, among others. He has served as European editor of Managerial and Decision Economics and on the editorial board of the Journal of Retailing.
Dean Gautschi has co-founded three firms, among them an international firm that has developed marketing decision support systems and industry-specific market simulation models and laboratories with clients from around the globe. As a Firm Director, he served as one of six leaders of the e-business practice of Deloitte & Touche LLP from 1999 – 2003. He has also served on the faculties of Cornell, Yale, INSEAD, and the University of Washington.
