Rensselaer’s Lally School of Management & Technology exists with a very special purpose: building on fundamental understanding of business to advance understanding of technological innovation in both entrepreneurial start-ups and going concerns. Our goal is to further the understanding and impact of business values in a global economy of endless technological possibilities. Our faculty is living proof of this mission! Working in a highly collegial setting, Lally’s faculty is comprised of scholars of significant standing and deep experience in a wide range of business contexts. Our research-oriented faculty focus on advancing business through using the basic disciplines of economics, behavioral science, and analytical methods. | Our clinical faculty strives to exploit their experience and professional expertise to turn theory into practice.They bring real world business experiences into the Lally learning environment. Members of our research-oriented and clinical faculty work very closely with students to share and benefit from an undeniably innovative spirit within a diverse, cross-functional setting.
