The Student Managed Fund, supported by the Lally School at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, aims to provide students with real experience in market research, investment management, and overall fund administration to develop their skills for future career endeavors.

Investment Research Challenge

Sponsored by the Center for Financial Studies

The Investment Research Challenge is brought to you by the Center for Financial Studies (CFS) at the Lally School of Management & Technology, and is organized by the Rensselaer Student Managed Fund and the Buttonwood Club. The challenge aims to provide a platform for students who are interested in the investment field. Each team conducts in-depth research on a publicly traded company, prepares a written report on selected company, and then presents its findings to a panel of judges.
