Message From Acting Dean Chanaka Edirisinghe

More than four-fifths of organizations support the notion that data should be at the heart of everything they do, and data-driven organizations are 23 times more likely to acquire customers, six times as likely to retain those customers, and 19 times as likely to be profitable as a result.

At the Lally School of Management at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, we embrace this fact as a philosophy in preparing our graduates to become analytically savvy business leaders. Our graduates are securing jobs at leading organizations such as Amazon, Boeing, Facebook, Google, Goldman Sachs, IBM, and prestigious consulting companies, while equally ambitious classmates are setting off to start their own businesses. Lally embraces the technological transformation, and the greatest challenges and opportunities it presents, to prepare leaders of the business world.

Our accomplishments to date would not have been possible without dedicated faculty, staff, alumni, alumnae, students, and advisory boards. With the strong and generous support of Lally’s alumni and alumnae, we strive to reach excellence in our endeavors. We welcome your continued involvement, feedback, and financial support as we work toward a bright future for the Lally School of Management!
