A team of students comprising of Eilan Chai ’24, B.S. in business and management; Liam Roberts ’23, B.S. in computer science and business and management; Ananya Yadav ’24, B.S. in business analytics; and Sébastien Brand ’26, B.S. in computer science, successfully competed in the western hemisphere regionals of the 2023 Global Scaling Competition on March 3, 2023. The team was mentored by Professor Murali Chari.
The students developed and presented a multi-stage strategy to scale RS21’s sales 1000X in five years. RS21 is a company that builds AI-based fault detection/prevention system software for satellites. The team will now compete in the final round of the Global Scaling Competition on April 14 and 15.
